What is Sprig?

Sprig is a unique gifting and tasting service where you can experience artisanal, natural, organic, and delicious foods created by people who share the same passion about life as we do. We strive to use local non-perishable goods as much as possible and focus on the small to medium food producer.

All of our products that go into our boxes are 100% Gluten Free.  As well as mostly Vegan and organic.

Currently, we only ship to the United States. We don’t ship overseas or to Canada.

What if I want to give a box to somebody as a gift?

Gifting is easy. At checkout, you have the ability to use your personal address, or change the shipping destination. Also, write your own personal note to send with the Sprigbox.  We drop ship all gifts in 24-48 hours after we receive your order.  If you are not gifting the Sprigbox, but just want to order a single months subscription, then don’t submit a note with your order. smile

What if I am allergic to some of the ingredients in your monthly Tasting Boxes?

A majority of our ingredients in our boxes will contain nuts, or the products that we place in our boxes will have been produced in a facility that is in contact with nuts.  If you still have concerns, please email us at contact@sprigbox.com or call us at 1-855-777-4426. We are working on many systems to ensure that allergens in certain foods will be handled in accordance to our customer’s desires and snacking needs.

Do I get to select what goes into my Box each month?

Every gift is a surprise. We make this process so easy for you. We do the heavy lifting for you in picking only the most delicious and exciting tastings around for you to enjoy.  We choose only foods and snacks that work great and fulfill a real need. We never let companies pay for placement in our boxes, so everything we curate is truly a conscious pick.

Does Sprig ship the orders or do the food vendors and artisans?

Sprig curates each box from select vendors and then ships the boxes right to your door. We hand curate the goods that go into every box to ensure a healthy and enjoyable eating experience.

If I like the product that was in my Box, how do I find it, order it, and buy it?

Most of the products we ship in our tasting boxes will have some sort of call to action on their packaging.

I need to change my credit card info. How can I do this?

To change your credit card info please call us at 855-777-4426 or contact us support@sprigbox.com. Also, you can edit your contact information by logging into your account and making the adjustments that way.

Do I need to sign for the packages that I buy through Sprig?

No, you will not be required to sign for your packages. We ship via USPS and it is up to the driver's discretion whether or not to leave the package if you are not present when they deliver.

When I order a gift, when does it ship out?

All gifts ship out within 24-48 hours upon order.  If any order for a gift is placed after 6pm EST, then the gift will ship out the day after next. For example, if you place an order at 5PM EST on a Monday, your gift will ship out the following business day, or Tuesday for this instance.  If you place an order at 11PM PST on the same day, Monday, your order will ship out first thing next business day, or in this case, Wednesday.
